Questions about workplace climate and HR processes
Question #1: “In my company, goals and expectations are clearly communicated to all roles.”

Questions about job satisfaction

💡Insights it gives: Gauges overall employee satisfaction and workplace atmosphere by assessing how employees feel about starting their day. Low scores might indicate a lack of motivation or enthusiasm, potentially caused by workplace stressors, lack of engagement, or poor work-life balance.

💡Insights it gives: Assesses employees’ sense of pride and fulfillment in their roles. Low scores can suggest a need to enhance role clarity, ensure meaningful work, or improve how you recognize and communicate achievements.
Question #9: “On the whole, I am happy with my job.”
💡Insights it gives: Provides a broad assessment of overall job satisfaction, capturing employees’ general feelings about their roles. Low scores may indicate issues with work environment, job responsibilities, management, or personal development opportunities.
Questions about intention to leave and commitment
Question #10: “If I had to make the decision again, I would still choose to work for this company.”
💡Insights it gives: Evaluates overall employee satisfaction and their perception of the company as an employer. Low scores may indicate dissatisfaction with the work environment, culture, leadership, or growth opportunities.
Question #11: “My values and those of my company are a good match.”
💡Insights it gives: Assesses the alignment between employees’ personal values and the company’s values. Low scores may indicate a disconnect, which can lead to decreased job satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
Question #12: “How likely are you to recommend your company to your friends and family as a place to work?”
💡Insights it gives: It is a measure of employee satisfaction and advocacy, used as an employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS). Low scores may indicate underlying issues with workplace culture, management, job satisfaction, or growth opportunities.
